I’ve been part of the Reliance Parivar since 1978 when I joined as a Liaison Officer immediately after graduating from college. I have literally grown up within the organisation - both as a human being and professionally. Today, I work as the General Manager (Personnel & Administration) and am a part of the core management team. Our company leaders trust and respect their employees. I joined RCIL in the year 1979 as an accounting clerk at the time the company was in the process of initiating its first public offering. Our company has an extremely close-knit employee culture and is also very growth-oriented. Over the last 38 years of service, the company’s management has nurtured my career and helped me grow as an individual. Today, I am responsible for day-to-day fund flow management, procurement-related banking and corporate office accounting and report directly to the CFO.
